The Truth Disclaimer: You don't have to buy a workout plan to get fit. The workout plan by itself won't make any miracles for you. The most important factor is HOW YOU TRAIN - the intensity of the training. At the end of the day, you are the one that has to train and you have to train hard to get meaningful results. With that said, the main purpose of all of my workout plans is to give you a well-balanced approach that will touch all the muscles in proportion and to organize the training in such a way that it will fit your schedule and your specific time constraints & needs.
